RETURN POLICY

ABOUT DELIVERY :


Our standard product delivery time frame is 2 to 4 working days in kerala and 2 to 8 in throughout India.
Please notify us upon receiving your product.
We value your feedback and encourage you to share valuable reviews, customer pictures, and videos.
Kindly note that once you confirm the order with us, we will not ask for any extra money to deliver the products.


PAYMENT TERMS:


Payments are processed securely through Razorpay.
We accept major payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, UPI, and net banking.
In case of payment failure, the amount (if debited) will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 7 working days.


RETURN POLICY:


Once orders are placed, there are no returns or refunds available.
Returns are solely accepted for mismatched or damaged products.
To initiate a return, provide videos and photos as evidence.
Returns due to personal dislikes or size issues are not eligible.


REFUND TERMS:


Refunds (if applicable) will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 working days after the return is approved.
For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed through Razorpay.
In case of any disputes, Razorpay’s dispute resolution terms will apply.
Kindly familiarize yourself with these terms before making a purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at WhatsApp or Email.


EXCHANGES:


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email or WhatsApp.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
